Sideloaded patrol app
Works with any radio exposing the standard MeshCore BLE companion protocol; no custom flash is required. A visible foreground notification keeps BLE, GPS, and live uploads active with the screen off. Verified MeshGangs relay remains optional.

Extract once, then run setup-windows.cmd or setup-linux.sh. The kit verifies the V3, stores the key in the OS vault, enables auto-start, and uploads live-only.

Custom collector routes
Android patrol
Flash Mobile BLE, sideload the APK, pair once, then Start patrol. The phone supplies GPS and internet.
Standalone
Flash Home Wi-Fi, enter a 2.4 GHz network over USB, and leave the antenna-equipped V3 powered at home.
Desktop
Flash Home USB, import its one-time setup file into the uploader, and leave that exact V3 connected.
Android update identity
Install new APKs over the existing app. Do not uninstall first; that clears the encrypted login.
